Our customers are major telecommunication service providers and we currently have jobs opening for    HCM Staff Bandung (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: Ability to assist & perform all HR activities in accordance with the policiesand procedures Providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long run development of HR function Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records Providing data for and preparing management information reports and documents Working side by side with HCM VP & Administration Dept. Maintaining and developing the filling system of personnel Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality Assist in maintaining personnel documents and day to day HR Administration Assist in monthly payroll such as: checking employee's timesheet, overtime, attendance management, contract agreement, employee's reimbursement, Jamsostek, Medical Insurance, Business Trip Administration, etc. Assist recruitment process such as : Processing applicants, test schedule, and handling Contract Agreement. Requirements: Female, max. 27 years old Have min. 2 years of experience in HR administration Bachelor graduate (S1) from any major, preferably majoring in Human Resource Management Team work, discipline, self-motivated, initiative, good analytical thinking and fast learner Interest with HR Field Understans Labor Regulation and other legal related Excellent computer literate Excellent communication skill in English both oral and written Demonstrate good command in both written and spoken English Dynamic, able to work independently and in team even under pressure Please send resume to:   career@tritronik.com | e-mail Subject: “Lowongan HCM Staff”   Employer: PT Tricada Intronik | Jl.
