Our Woven Division is now looking for a highly effective production professional as the Senior Manager – Production for our denim factory in Cambodia. Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager - Production (Cambodia) Cambodia Responsibilities: Manage a sizeable workforce by leading the production operations with high efficiency Responsible for providing effective solutions to different problems in the production flow Monitor production closely on quality, time delivery with cost effectiveness Plan and execute production capacity to meet the customers’ delivery requirement Requirements: Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a garment factory with sizable production workforce, prior overseas experience especially in Cambodia is preferable Profound knowledge and with proven track record in production operations & productivity improvement of denim products Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule Demonstrate strong leadership, well planning, problem solving and decision making Excellent in production management and factory operations Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, either Mandarin or Cantonese Stationed in Cambodia on full time basis Please visit us at http://www.crystalgroup.com  We offer attractive remuneration package including a competitive salary, fringe benefits and career path to the right candidate.  Interested candidates may send detailed resume with current and expected salary to Corporate Human Resources Department by email at: chrd-sr@crystalgroup.com (All personal data will be collected for recruitment purpose only)
