HVAC Technician Qatar - Doha Responsibilities: Checking on the status of all equipments and log down. Attend and record of any phone calls regarding complaints and ensure communicated to the respective persons for necessary action. To check on the PPM schedule and follow up. To follow up with the contractors on the PPM or ad hoc jobs. To confirm with the user for the window to carry out the job. Perform emergency support duty at plant. Conduct pass down meeting to colleagues on the status of the equipments and repair works carried out by contractors. Assist in changing over of equipments, entering into log books and monitoring the parameter of the equipments. Any breakdown should be immediately informed to Site Supervisor. Summarize all activities of the day and handover to the night shift technicians. To record all the daily work in the log book. To perform other duties assigned by superior Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must know how to do troubleshooting of aircon and other HVAC equipments. Hospital Engineer Qatar - Doha Responsibilities: Reporting and providing full support to Client in the operations and maintenance needs. To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management services in support with in-house teams To ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders Review and update existing maintenance and operations SOPs Develop maintenance and operations plans in a hospital environment Develop space specific needs and requirements Develop space specific access policies and procedures Develop various types of action, contingency and emergency response plans Review and advice on the design of new developments, renovations and upgrades Supervise and manage the hospital operations and maintenance team Coordinate with various hospital departments to identify and refine their needs and requirements to develop various type of designs, operations and maintenance briefs Review material selection / submittals to ensure compliance with the international medical requirements and standards Review and comment on layouts and designs. Periodic assessment on system optimization to ensure smooth and safe operation of the building facility To maintain and ensure the building and infrastructures are comply to specification and standard Coordinate implementation of ISO for the 3 disciplines namely quality, safety and environment Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Working experience in Building Maintenance in Hospital environment.
