Teaches the process to all members of the management team.  Assesses and reviews the job performance of subordinates and maintains personnel records of assigned employees.  Closely monitors solicitation and booking activity through the sales activity reporting process and periodical spot checks.  Coordinates internal training and development programs.  Creates and maintains a "guest first" priority throughout the property.  Creates new programs in response to market conditions and revenue opportunities.  Develops a goal oriented business plan to support the financial goals.  Develops accurate and aggressive long- and short-range financial objectives consistent with the company's mission statement.  Ensures good safety practices of employee and guests assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.  Fully utilizes and follows through a guest comment programs. Responds quickly to deficiencies and takes corrective action.  Ensures regular assessment and review of all hotel personnel by appropriate management staff.  Maintains a high personal visibility throughout the property.  Maintains an appropriate level of community public affairs involvement.  Maintains knowledge of local competition and general industry trends.  Maximizes sales potential of the properly and the management company.  Requirements: With Executive and Pre-opening experience in the respective country of application is an advantage. Familiar or has been working in the country of application is a must. Preferable, age 35-45 years old. Immediate full-time job for a strong Python Lead Developer on Linux, at our vibrant California-based corporation, working on cutting edge cloud computing projects. This position is remote: Qualified candidates can work from home remotely, therefore, the ability to work online, laptop, cell phone, and reliable access to internet is essential. A Python developer and Linux scripting specialty is a must, Python newbies, or spontaneousLinux hobbyists need not apply.  Good understanding of OO programming, RESTful web-service integration, troubleshooting web applications, familiarity with code versioning (svn or git) is huge pluses.   Responsibilities: Develop OO Python code inside and outside Python frameworks - be excited about cloud concepts and about learning from the Linux architects on the team Develop flawless Python code, meet deadlines in large Agile Scrum teams Create exceptionally clean and scalable code, train Jr. members of the team Develop Python modules interacting with RESTful web-services Work with team members in 5 different timezones Requirements: Required skill(s): Python, Linux Required language(s): English (very good) At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Python You commonly use open-source Python libraries and frameworks (but can do without) You are good at maintaining documentation, following lead, and improving your skills on a daily basis, as the design changes Be an initiator, self-motivated with a 'can do it' mentality Fast learner and team player 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
