Business Development Manager
Brunei Darussalam
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Country Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to grow the business in Malaysia.
  • Develop new accounts and achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the Company through value creation selling activities in the assigned areas.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship and foster relationships with business influencers such as partners, associates, industry organisations and attending appropriate networking functions.
  • Manage and generate responses to RFP/RFI and tenders, and to coordinate pre-sales resource engagement.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline data as well as market information, competitors’ products and activities on a regular basis to the management.
  • Conduct marketing/sales activities including seminars/briefing sessions to generate new businesses.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline in CRM as well as a contact database

Requirements:
  • Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Possess a tertiary education with 5 to 8 years’ of sales experience in IT software or services products.
  • Must have strong clientele base in Manufacturing, Retail and/or Trade and Logistics industry.
  • Able to engage effective with and conduct formal presentation scenarios to senior level managers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prosecute and close sales in a complex solution selling environment.
  • Must have strong computer literacy and communication skills, particularly in proposals and tenders submissions.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills and able to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner.
