The ideal candidate would be an outstanding and highly motivated individual with excellent organizing and planning skills. Administration Staff Cikarang (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination with team, distributor and customer, including preparation of tenders, quotations and order process forms Assist in Marketing activities (i.e.: exhibitions’ logistics coordination, event planning and management of brochures, posters and invitation) Support the team in sales coordination and administration responsibilities Any other matters as assigned by management Requirements: Female, preferably single between the age of 25-35 years old. Min Diploma Degree in Marketing. Have at least 1 year experience. Fresh graduate are welcome. Good written and spoken communication skills. English: Must, Japanese: Advantage. Strong administration skills. Methodical and good organizational skills. Detail oriented. Flexible, self-motivated and able to use initiative. Computer literate and confident when using office equipment. Pleasant, helpful and professional telephone manner.
