Fluent in English both oral and written. Experience as a professional in the relevant industry is an advantage, preferably with international exposure. Experience in Higher Education Institution (HEI) is an advantage, preferably with the national academic ranks (Jenjang Jabatan Akademik) from the Ministry of Education of Indonesia (DIKTI) Proven track records in research.
