PT Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia was founded in 1985. The Masterbatch and Polymer Compound business division was established in 1990 to serve the growing plastic processing industry in the country. The factory was located in Tangerang with a total area of 23,000 sqm, equipped with many machines and laboratory facilities. To keep in line with the growing demand of the plastic masterbatch and compound products in the domestic and overseas markets, PT Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia has expanded the factory last year (2007) at the new site in Balaraja (Banten province), with a total area of 40,000 sqm. The plant was expanded with several new machines, coming to a total capacity of 25,000 TPA to accommodate also the expanding product range. Collection Staff Bandung (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: Ensuring all payment from Customer are collected, keyed in and posted to the respective policy number in the system. visits  the customers for the settlement of billing problems. Monitor & report about customer payment trends by presenting information days outstanding, collection days, cost of funds, and the pattern of late payments for the purposes of decision-making change in Terms of Paymen Requirements: Candidate must possess at least  Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must have negotiation skill and people management Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity Proficiency in Computer Literate (MS Office) is required Pleasant personality, customer service oriented, and able to work with team Has strong drive to succeed Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
