..... URGENTLY REQUIRED .....   We are a well-knownconsumer goods company invites the competence candidate to take the challenge for the following position: Sales Administration Manager (Code: SAM) Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cibitung Responsibilities: Will be the leader of the administrative team within the Sales Centre   She must recruit, train and supervise all Sales Administration Associates    She must be a person who is regarded as a role model to their teams She oversees all administrative processes and reporting of the department, also has accountability for all accounts and other cash flow accounts Requirements: Female, Bachelor degreefrom reputable university, majoring in Accounting with GPA > 3.00 Must have at least 3 years working experience as Sales Administration Manager    Must have good knowledge of the whole spectrum of administration, financial report, budgeting and incentive calculation   Fluent in English both oral and written (preferably in Mandarin) Fully proficient in MS Office Applications, internet and Oracle Excellent coaching and teaching skills for the people selected to join the team Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example, able to work independently, well organized, self motivated, aggressive and confident Excellent administrative andorganisational skills,willing to work extended hours with a sense of urgency, high motivation and innovation Please submit a comprehensive CVanda recent photograph  (and put the Code: SAM as your title, eq.: SAM – you name) no later than 14 days from the date of this advertisement to:   recruitment.ancol@diamond.co.id
