Now we are looking for key person to Manage the division in the line of Lingerie Business.   We need professional staff who posses dynamic, trusty, open minded, innovative and high energy level to join our growing team as : Factory Manager Jawa Barat - Karawang Responsibilities: Make sure all operational process seamlessly Make sure cost of all production process Ensuring the use of human resources in accordance with the target Making report about operational process (production process,production planning and inventory control, quality control, and technician process) to Business Unit Manager. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (chemical) or equivalent. Male, Between 30 - 40 years old At least 3 year(s) of working experience in managerial position Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Management or Production Technician/Operator. Proficient in English or JapanesePreferable and must be able automotive , electronic and manufacturing industry, improvement manufacturing process, quality, cost and delivery function.
