We teach and train our people skills that is needed in each phase in our company. Our Talent Development Program, consists of 3 phases :
1. Sales and Marketing Development
2. Operation and Human Training Development
3. Business Development
People that passed our this program will be expected to lead and manage a team of 10 plus people and continue our expansion through all over major cities in Indonesia.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Min 1 year experience, Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Fun Personality and positive attitude.
- Good communication skill and strong work ethic.
- Able to work in team.
- No travel restrictions.
- Independent and career minded.
- Willing to learn new things and dare to take challenge.
- Willing to be relocated to other cities in Indonesia after graduate
