Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading manufacturing companies, which is establishing operations in Indonesia. This respected company is seeking a professional of the highest possible standard to fill the challenging – yet rewarding – role ofManaging Director, to be based in Bekasi, Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. This is an exciting opportunity – the position has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the company’s operations. The company is still in its relative infancy in Indonesia and needs to be developed and grown as it matures. The incumbent must appoint appropriate personnel to establish an effective organization to ensure the company’s long-term viability. In the short-term, in order to expand the operation’s product range, the business needs to develop a core competence of manufacturing personnel at all levels.
