- Minimum Vocational high School/SMK
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Excellent background in furniture production
- Good organization skill, high accountability, ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Experience in process and continuous improvement for manufacturing programs
- High analytical and planning skills
