LTA is a statutory board under the Ministry of Transport that spearheads land transport developments in Singapore.
Our objective is to deliver a land transport network that is integrated, efficient, cost-effective and sustainable to meet the nation's needs. We manage the construction of new Rapid Transit System (RTS) projects, as well as upgrading of existing rail lines. Besides RTS projects, we also enhance the road network and provide motorist with a greater choice of travel routes by carrying out projects to widen, upgrade and build new roads. In addition, we manage and maintain road structures and facilities so that they are operational at all times. You will lead and manage SAP projects, in particular the Financial (FICO), Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Budgeting Planning & Consolidation (BPC) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of system solutions. You will be required to analyse issues, identify root causes, propose solutions to improve business processes and enhance system to optimise performance.
You will also conduct key users and end users training and maintain necessary project documentations.
This position will provide opportunities to take on projects of other technology, thus expanding your technical skills, experience and know-how.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of technical development experience in SAP-FN, MM, SD, and BPC project.
- At least 1 full cycle of project roll-out participation (including post supporting after go-live) as the role of a Project Lead
- Experienced in gathering and translating users/business requirements into SAP technical and function deliverables.
- Strong project management, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills in managing diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP, data migration, conversion concepts and SAP architecture
- Relevant SAP certification or experience in Business Warehousing / Business Intelligence & Analytics, and Human Capital Management is an added advantage
