Club Manager/ Assistant Club Manager
(Genting Highlands)

Responsibilities:

• We seek to appoint a highly innovative, charismatic and out of box individual who is very experienced in managing a lifestyle club with multi-faceted club operation focusing on casual upscale restaurant, bars, VVIP exclusive nightclub with live entertainment and Gaming. He/She should also be internationally experienced and creative, capable of managing the day to day operations of the Club Operations (Non Gaming).

Requirements:

• 5-6 years experience in the Hospitality or F&B industry with minimum 2 years as Assistant F&B Manager or similar at an International chain hotel (Casino or non-casino)
• Have sound knowledge with passion in hospitality industry especially in personalized service
• Courteous with refined skills in customer relations with the ability to communicate to guests
• Knowledge in overall hotel operations inclusive of Food & Beverage, Club Operations and/or gaming will have an added advantage
• Computer literate and skills in report writing and analysing of data
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialect will be an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
