.....URGENTLY REQUIRED .....   We are a well-known consumer goods company invites the competence candidate to take the challenge for the following position:    QA Manager (Code: QA) Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cibitung Responsibilities: Promote QMS management principles and seek continuous improvement of the processes Manage QMS Management Review meetings according to local SOPs Identify, implement and manage QA objectives and KPIs Establish and manage Annual Quality Plans Ensuring that all internal procedures and systems in use in each LOC are compliant to Company’s QMS, Guide for Commercial Companies and local regulatory requirements. Ensure that all SOP’s are in place, updated and training has been conducted Develop, specify and approve systems that have an impact on the quality of imported, products in line with all relevant GQPs Monitor and assess quality systems by means of audit and self-inspection, and other forms of evaluation against Company standards, GQPs, GMP and regulatory requirements Ensuring a quality assurance input into the main aspects of the local company operations that influence product quality Requirements: Female/Male, single, age 30-40 years old Bachelor's Degree, Biology, Bio Technology, Chemistry, Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics, or equivalent from reputable university with GPA > 3.00 At least 5 years of working experience as QA Manager specializing in Quality Control/Assurance and or equivalent in the related field or the similar industry At least 3 years experience of service quality management in manufacturing industry Having experience and implementing Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and in assessing and solving quality issues Strong understanding of and experience in quality assurance systems particularly in the areas of batch release, product incidents, artwork control and performing audits Being accomplished in ISO 9001, ISO 2200 Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin Having good presentation skill, computer literate and communication skill To be located in Cibitung, Bekasi     Please submit a comprehensive CV, a recent photograph, mention the current salary details (and put the Code: AQC as your title, eq.: AQC – you name) no later than 14 days from the date of this advertisement to:   recruitment.ancol@diamond.co.id   “Only short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview”
