We are searching for fresh graduate who are willing to grow with us. IT Operation Bandung (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: You will be responsible to provide technical support and maintain products’ on customer’s site. Your work hours will be based on shifts. You will work in teams to provide the best technical support on customer experience. Your responsibilities and activities include: Monitor the system performance Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred on production system. Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support based on night or day shift work. Write technical documents and reports for customer. Communicate knowledge and solutions to customer. Requirements: Bachelor's or Diploma's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer engineering, or other software development related major. Will be placed in Jakarta. Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities Had experiences with UNIX system administration and shell scripting (sh, bash and perl are preferred). Understanding of TCP/IP and applications (SSH, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) are preferred) Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred).   Candidates are expected to be highly creative, enthusiastic and independent, eager to learn and develop new skills and ideas, and to actively participate in the dynamics of the team.
