Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify legal requirements and goverment reporting regulations and rules affecting the Human Resources function.
  2. Define all Human Resources Programs and authority/responsibility of Human Resources and line management within those programs.
  3. Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
  4. Develop Human Resources Strategy which updated annually that integrates into our strategic plan ans support the achievement of the overall our's objectives.
  5. Create our recruitment and selection plans and programs.
  6. Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  7. Create our strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional and organizational needs of the employees.
  8. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
  9. Assisting and Caring for Others -- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to employees.
  10. Day by day Human Resources operations :
  • Implement and maintain payroll system and benefits systems.
  • Oversee the development of personnel management manuals, handbooks and other necessary documentation and provide ongoing training.
  • Coordinate legal matters related Human Resources and personnel, working with legal counsel as needed.
  • Provide consistent administrative oversight of all personnel matters, including retention or release of probationary employees and staff disciplinary actions, ensure the privacy and safety of staff is protected and take appropriate actions to ensure that a positive work environment is established and maintained.
  • Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
  • Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve Human Resources Data Management.
  • Evaluate and reccomend plan modifications.
  • Evaluate and reccomend improvements to benefits programs.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Political Science, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): management of personnel resources, high social perceptiveness and critical thinking, high judgment and decision making, knowledge in learning strategies, active listening and effectively speaking, Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Gunung Kencana no 17,Ciumbuleuit.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
