Sulzer Turbo Services Indonesia, a European company established in Indonesia for over 16 years, as one of the world's most comprehensive independent providers of repair, overhaul and maintenance services for rotating equipment (gas & steam turbines, compressors, generators, motors and pumps), either in a workshop environment or at a Customers site. To fulfil our present vacancy and to strengthen our Human Resources Team, we are looking for: HR & GA Officer Purwakarta (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: Your Job : Record and monitor attendance Record and monitor time sheet Calculate and monitor benefits and overtime for monthly pay. Update report to Jamsostek, health insurance includes claims, saving plan Regular report to Manpower Office, Trade Minister, BPMTSP and BKPM, Local Government, etc. Update employees data base regularly Supervise transport operation Other tasks as assigned Requirements: Your Profile : Having bachelor degree or diploma background in social sciences from a recognized university and having minimum 5 years experience as HR & GA Officer or equivalent in the foreign company General Requirements : Familiar with mechanical tools and equipments Having good supervisory and strong leadership skills Capability to guide, coordinate and motivating co-workers Good communication skills and having good reporting skills Able to communicate actively in English language and computer literate Able to work under pressure and be flexible. Ready to work extra time and be flexible to suit the production work load requirement. Consistently to follow and obey the HSE matters at shop and site Familiar with ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 procedures and implementation Willing to relocate and work in Purwakarta/ Cikampek, West Java We Offer: Challenging career opportunity is waiting for the selected applicant, competitive compensation package and worldwide working environment.
