Mitra Karsa Utama as a vendor of telecommunication and manufactur companies is looking for any energetic candidates for this challenge opportunity below: Fault Engineer & IT Programmer Bandung (Jawa Barat), Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Bogor (Jawa Barat), Cibinong (Jawa Barat), Cileungsi (Jawa Barat), Depok (Jawa Barat), Jakarta Raya, Tangerang (Banten) Responsibilities: Make confirmation all trouble ticket/order for customer enterprise Monitorning and troubleshooting for customer enterprise products(Leasesd Line,NAP,ISP,MPLS,VOIP) Managing the workfrorce dispatch/schedule to be always ready for any maintenance and repair works Solving any aissus/problems occur immediately in stict compliance to time and quality standar (with the 4 timefream), including provision of non-technical support as necessary Make reporting by tolls of monitoring all services at SLM Data Service Enterprise Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Required skill(s): transmission link (radio & optic), data services(router, tainet&modem, communication skill, Tool For Monitoring, SAP.
