Do you want to help grow future leaders for Indonesia?   We are seeking three exceptional people to facilitate one of the most exciting corporate responsibility programmes in the world – XL Future Leaders. XL Future Leaders (3 positions) [PL1208-03] Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur Responsibilities: The role involves modelling best practice, leading and inspiring some of Indonesia’s best and brightest university students to develop into future leaders of Indonesia. Requirements: You will have had significant success in an area of business, education or industry, a relevant tertiary qualification and a passion for leading the learning of young people. You will be fluent in English, confident in a range of ICT applications and able to deploy social media to engage young people in the online aspects of the program. You will appreciate how old models of learning are rapidly being displaced by creativity, critical thinking, and connectivity in authentic and relevant contexts. You will be passionate about the power of positive leadership to build communities and Indonesia as a nation.   These roles will be located in different locations in Java and travel will be required.
