URGENTLY NEEDED.....   PT Berlei Indonesia, an intimate apparel manufacturer, currently is seekinga high caliber professional staff to fill in the following position in our factory at Jababeka - Cikarang:   System Management Senior Staff Jawa Barat - Cikarang Responsibilities: Supporting other Dept request in term of developing new or revised ducoment Supporting the distribution of "controlled" hard copy document from related department Ensure latest versions of applicable documents are updated. Coordinating Internal Quality Audit Maintaining communication with certification body Maintaining the CIP and VPR database. Ensure it is being updated with the latest information Ensure the document or record storage activities in the warehouse are properly maintained, including coordinating with relevant department the disposal of records. Filling purchase order request for maintenance costs in ordering safety equipment. Ensure company's safety and risk management system are implemented and maintained, including managing the placemen of safety within the workplace & performing the safety audit Ensure socialization of safety and risk management within the organization Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field. Required skill(s): working knowledge of iso 9001:2008 requirements, ability to conduct awareness training in related to iso 9001:2008, ability to develop and maintains iso 9001:2008 within the organization, having knowledge of safety and risk management, ability to maintain and control ISO 9001:2008 documentation and report. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang.
