Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for one of the largest
manufacturers of automotive graphics in the world.Our client has a
significant market share in the Indian automotive OEM printing
industry. They areglobal player with a presence in the UK, USA and the
Middle East. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a
high-quality candidate to fill the position Supply Chain Supervisor, to
be based in Cikarang, Bekasi, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all types of raw materials are available according to the forecast given by production
- Ensuring timely processing of the Indent, P.O. and supplier bills
- Handling all local purchases (Development of new supplier, development of alternative supplier with cost and quality competition)
- Preparing Annual Rate Contracts with vendors for stackable items & timely renewal of contracts after review
- Monitoring and maintaining the inventory levels of all types of raw material; Streamlining the system and procedures for establishing effective inventory control
- Overseeing store management and maintaining minimum inventory levels
- Correct and timely communication with the procurement head for the import and out station material
- Minimize total supply chain cost to meet fixed and given demand
- Ensuring documentation and data control pertaining to the purchase and procurement
- Monthly MIS monitoring for the SCM activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’sdegree in engineering from reputable university
- Five years’ experience (preferably in manufacturing)
- Knowledge of SAP and TS16949 an added advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Time management skills : Punctuality and meeting deadlines
- Vendor development and management experience
- Experience handling ERP based purchase and logistics
- Thorough knowledge of Import Export procedures
- Ability to multitask, handle tight deadlines
- Result oriented, self-starter with initiative and strong execution drive
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi, Indonesia
