We are one of the leading plastic packaging manufacturing in Indonesia and has some manufacturing located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Pasuruan, Bogor and Karawang.   Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for potential talents to join our Management Trainee Programs, in which through a series of first class comprehensive learning program, will be developed to our future leaders. Graduates of the program will be further challenged to develop our business in the head office and our plant especially in production and engineering field. Production and Engineering (Management Trainee) Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur Responsibilities: Undergo the management trainee programs in our business unit to be prepared for the future managerial position Working for several position in a certain period of time Learn the SOP of the respective department (Production, Maintenance, engineering) and review it for improvement Work for process development to ensure continuous improvement is in place Requirements: Male, Bachelor from engineering department, majoring : industrial, Mechanical or  electrical Fresh graduate with min GPA 3.00 or have experiences in the industry and manufacture field no more than 3 years Able to work in team, be honest and dedicative Commit to learn and motivated to provide best performance for company Fluency in English verbal and written Able to operate Microsoft office Please send your application letter, CV and recent photograph to:   hrd-pandaan@inno-pack.com   CC: hrd-jkt@inno-pack.com
