Mugi laboratories is Pharmacy Manufacturing, member of Invida Indonesia, we are seeking for highly dedicated, dynamic, and motivated individuals with a passion for challenge and success to be a part of our winning team.   HR Officer Cikarang (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: Handling the administration of employee absenteeism, annual leave, employee personal data, Jamsostek and any related with HR issue Able to handle recruitment & selection processes Requirements: Age minimum 27 years old, Male or Female Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law or equivalent. Having experience minimal 4 years in the same field, preferable in manufacturing industry. Good command in English both spoken and written. Having knowledge in HR workflow process is mandatory.
