Understand and can implemented TPS Having experience min 3 years in the same position Experience in Stamping/ Welding Assembly in automotive part company Fluency in both written & Spoken English (preference Japanese) Computer Literate. Good analytical thinking and strong leadership skills Able to work, under-presurre, independence & in teamwork as well, self starter, posses good interpersonal.
