.....URGENTLY REQUIRED .....   We are a well-known consumer goods company invites the competence candidate to take the challenge for the following position:    Senior Payroll Staff (Code: SPS) Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cibitung Requirements: Female, age between 25 - 30 years old Minimum S1 from a reputable university, majoring in Accountancy/Law/Management, with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4,00) Minimum 3 years experience in payroll function and similar position and industry Highly competent and field tested in all aspect of payroll aspects including Pph21, taxation, labor law and manpower regulations, Jamsostek administration and accounting principles Familiar with IT based payroll system and Microsoft Office Able to prepare monthly payroll calculation including gross reconciliation, payroll distribution, journal entry and payroll slip distribution Able to do administration of budgeting process, leave administration and all benefit programs in coordination with finance and related third party and provide response to employees at immediate time Familiar with computer applications and email browser Has the ability to deal with tight schedules and work under pressure conditions Good interpersonal skill, strong integrity, leadership, communication, coordination, tough personality, independent, customer service orientation, attention to detail and has positive attitude Willing to be placed in Cibitung (Bekasi) Pease submit a comprehensive CV and a recent photograph   (and put the Code: SPS as your title, eq.: SPS – you name) no later than 14 days from the date of this advertisement to:   recruitment.ancol@diamond.co.id   “Only short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview”
