Currently, we are looking for suitable candidate to fill the position of Senior Executive - Quality Assurance Cikarang (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: Ensuring that all inputs are tested as per technical and quality specifications Coordination for external testing Ensuring that all the production processes are according to the SOPs and WI as defined in management system. Ensuring that identification and traceability are maintained throughout the manufacturing process Training of In process and PDI inspectors. Coordinate for RCA/CAPA in case of non-conforming material at incoming or In process stage Ensuring that RCA / CAPA is done for the customer complaints with cross functional team and implemented in the process with the communication to the customer. Ensuring that PDI reports are made and submitted to the customer on daily basis. Assisting Management Representative in effective implementation of Quality system throughout the plant. Ensuring submission of reports in time. Actively participating and taking leadership in driving improvement projects. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Chemistry or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proficient in verbal reasoning skill with English is a must Male or Female, age 26 – 38 Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Publishing/Printing or equivalent. Knowledge of Manufacturing and process control systems. Knowledge of TS 16949 Quality Management System, Environment management system and Health and Safety management system. Knowledge of using the Problem solving techniques, 7 tools of quality for the process control and supervisory skill for the resources management Willing to work in Cikarang.
