Manage safety and health program Ensure the implementation of Safety and Health Management System Implement L'Oreal and local regulation Manage risk assessment, safety validation, and safety inspection Manage and provide leadership on the implementation of contractors safety program Manage the employee participation program, including the animation of functioning EHS Committee Manage & implement safety campaign and training program 2. Manage industrial hygiene and ergonomic program 3. Manage emergency preparedness organization 4. Manage continuos improvement program Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, from Engineering, Health/Safety, or equivalent. Having minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Having strong knowledge & skill in EHS Management System (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001), risk assessment technique, local EHS regulation, internal auditor, Ahli K3. Having strong leadership, communication, and manage complexity. Strong command in English, both written and spoken.
