Along the growth of the company we are seeking Motivated, Highly Integrity and Result Oriented candidates who are looking more challenges and better future to join the following positions : Recruiter (Jawa Barat - Karawang) Responsibilities: Recruiter will be responsible for setting the resource strategy for the Company, initiating recruitment strategy to attract high caliber candidate while ensuring a cost effective recruitment process. Requirements: Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00 A minimum of one year of work experience in a Recruitment Strong human relations, communication skills, and leadership skill; able to coordinate matters with external parties Mature and able to work in team as well as independently Proactive, pressure persistent and able to thrive in fast-paced.
