Our group employs over twenty-two thousand people worldwide Production/Operations Graduate Trainee Cikarang (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: The Kerry Graduate Trainee program is a well structured 3 years training and development programme aimed at building long term career growth for graduates who demonstrate the right aptitude and attitude. You are responsible for efficient use of raw materials, planning and organizations of production processes and personnel to meet the respective business unit’s production requirements and standard.
