Along the growth of the company we are seeking Motivated, Highly Integrity and Result Oriented candidates who are looking more challenges and better future to join the following positions : Plant Engineering Supervisor (Jawa Barat - Karawang) Responsibilities: Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in industrial plant: Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Requirements: Preferably Male Bachelor Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, , Electrical or Mechatronic /Electromechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75 Minimum of 2 year of work experience with similar field in manufacturing Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply Proactive, pressure persistent and able to thrive in fast-paced. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
