Framas Indonesia is seeking qualified candidate for the position: Head of Mold Setter/Tooling Jawa Barat - Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cikarang Responsibilities: Controlling subordinates work Controlling Daily, weekly and monthly planning in department activities Directly informing  the problem to Manager Follow up if there is a problem that occurred in the related department that  department related activities Coordinate with subordinates what happens when there are problems in the related department Arrangement  of Man power Implementation and control Kaizen Activities Controlling and taking action for indiscipline Provide direction and guidance to subordinates for jobs  implemented To do superior instruction Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor Degree from technical background, Minimum 5 years of experience in Plastic Injection Manufacturing and at least 1 year experience in similar position. Good knowledge of Mold construction, trouble shooting in Mold problems/Injection Process.
