We are an online social fashion startup that helps young adult women up to 25 and teenage girls discover, share, and shop for their favorite styles. At PinkEmma, we believe that delightful and inspiring fashion should be accessible and affordable to everyone. Our clothes are produced and handpicked from many sources that we believe represent the current style spectrum of teenagers and young adult women.   We are looking for a young and driven Customer Best Friend who is eager to join us and be part of a world-changing team. Other companies call it Customer Service Agent. At PinkEmma our customers are our friends, our extended family.   Customer Service Jawa Barat Responsibilities: Customer Best Friend will be in charge of: Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Assist customers in making a decision about a product to buy Resolving product or service problems by seeking clarification on the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Process orders, forms, applications and requests Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, and record details of actions taken Follow up on customer interactions Communicate and coordinate well with internal departments What are we looking for? A very sociable person Enjoys helping others Flexible working style Motivation and initiative to succeed Ability to develop excellent working relationships Requirements: Female, Single, Max age 27 years old Minimum of D3 or S1, with GPA at least 2.8 or above Have a sales or marketing experience Good communication skills – verbal and written, listening skills Good knowledge of customer service principles Computer literate (minimal Microsof Office, Excel, and basic internet) Good typing skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good problem analysis, problem solving and good listening skills Do you think she could be you?
