Framas Indonesia is seeking qualified candidate for the position: Assistant Production Manager Jawa Barat - Cibitung – Bekasi Responsibilities: Leading the production including all supporting departments and processes that are connected. Guiding and educating next level of staff Ensuring that the production is cost effective cost efficient Supervise the lean production approach and improve continuously the workflow Working out the human and material resources needed Creating Job descriptions Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed; Monitoring quality standards Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed as well as local government regulations Supervising and motivating a team of workers; Identifying training needs Requirements: Fluent in English communication, verbal and written Several years in injection business in leading position, Master (“Meister”) degree would be an advantage High technical understanding and knowledge about molds and injection machines Knowledge in process technologies and automation.
