Our Company is a joint venture company between a local and overseas shareholder, it is a subsidiary group of companies and a leading manufacturer, dealing with well known Multinational Companies. The company is currently operating under the PMA (foreign investment) permit issued by the Indonesia Foreign Investment Board.  Our company is located at a Free Trade Zone area in Bekasi. We are currently seeking for high caliber people to fill the following position in our organization: Marketing Administration Bekasi (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: Ensuring all appointments for both external and internal are properly arranged. Handling external and internal correspondence management. Giving excellent administrative services and taking minutes meeting required. Schedule appointment and coordinate arrangement for meetings. Prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data including information updates. Responsibilities for travel arrangements. Screening all incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, to device function, urgency and coordinating and arranging visitors and personal guest. Taking responsibility to maintain good relationship with customer, supplier and all related department. Requirements: Female, attractive, single, max 27 years old.   Holding at least a Diploma Degree/ D3 or Bachelor Degree/S1 from reputable university is a must. Preferably having experience in assisting expatriates. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication is a must. Excellent in secretarial duties (business correspondence, filling, and proficient in MS Office application). Customer oriented and experience dealing with administration job. Having good communication and interpersonal skill. Have enthusiasm and hard working.
