Helpdesk Administration Jawa Barat - Cibitung
Responsibilities:
-
Respond to request for technical assistance in person, via phone, web application, e-mail.
-
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
-
Research questions using available information resources.
-
Advise user on appropriate action.
-
Follow standard helpdesk procedures.
-
Log all helpdesk interactions.
-
Administer helpdesk software.
-
Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
-
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
-
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
-
Prepare activity reports.
-
Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Requirements:
-
Male/Female, 20 – 23 years old.
-
At least diploma degree majoring in IT.
-
Computer literate (Ms. Office).
-
Having
0 – 1 year experience on working knowledge of fundamental operations of
relevant software, hardware and other equipment. Fresh graduates are
welcome to apply.

Possess knowledge of relevant call tracking applications.
-
Possess knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
-
Excellent communication in English, both oral and written.
-
Creative and result oriented.
-
High analytical and problem solving skill.
-
Possess skill in documenting problem solving documentation (knowledge base).
-
Persistent and tough attitude is a must.
-
Able to perform under pressure.
-
Willing to be placed in Cibitung area.
-
Willing to join immediately (one week noticed).
