Export Document Administration Staff
Bogor (Jawa Barat) - Gunung Putri
Responsibilities:
  • Handle export documentation, e.g. airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists, etc., and have full knowledge about invoice, certificate of origin, packing list, and other export documentation.
  • Prepare export documentation and review Letters of Credit as necessary
  • Coordinate export shipments and arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declaration, packing and shipping, and routing of product
  • Quote stock availability and prices, research shipping discrepancies, credit, and debit claims
  • Correspond daily with customers and sales force via fax, phone, and e-mail.
  • Advise and assure compliance with company and department policies via written correspondence on credit, warranty, technical requests, etc
Requirements:
  • Female, max. 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma from any major with minimum working experience 1 year in export department.
  • Have knowledge of export procedures and documentation, such as shipment follow up, bill of lading, letter of credit, packaging materials write-off, product registration, sample request, and customer feed backs
  • Excellent English (speaking and written) is a must
  • Good command of administrative software (MS Office and email)
  • Pleasant personality, honest, detail, accurate and positive.
