A Japan Company produces electronic components invites qualified and high self-motivated candidates to hold challenging position as: Product Engineering Supervisor (PE-Spv) Jawa Barat Responsibilities: Provide the guide line and project schedule for better performance include report to the superior as required Assure achievement of skill and knowledge through the proper development, training, and motivation to subordinate Ensure the testing equipments are good in order all the time to well maintenance for better efficiency and reliability Contract review for new product, e.g. answering RIS Technical communication to customer / support sales people Product testing by customer request Identify aspect impact and emergency risk of activities in the department Function  : Supervise, monitor, and motivate all technicians in every aspect of their performance Requirements: Hold S1 degree with any major from reputable university GPA min 3.00 ( 4.00 scale ) Male/ Female with max.
