This highly respected company is seeking the very best candidate to fill the position of Quality Control Manager,to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be the first point of contact for the brand within the business.

Responsibilities: Ensure that the products produced by the company achieve supreme quality and reliability levels and meet customer specifications. Plan and execute market sampling campaign to ensure ready availability of product within quality Provides leadership, expertise and professional advice to the Company on quality, environmental and managerial issues to ensure the definition and implementation of effective and sustainable policies and procedures that support the achievement of Company’s business objectives Ensures effective co-ordination across the Company in order to communicate and implement quality and environmental policies, procedures and instructions, conducting audits to determine extent of implementation and resolves non-conformance issues Manages and co-ordinates the process for the issuance of new or revised procedures ensuring consistency with management system requirements  Ensures quality and environmental management systems are maintained and kept current in line with certification conditions and related international standards. Ensure that the quality program is providing a systematic approach for evaluation, inspection, testing, calibration or whatever is needed to monitor and ensure quality of all company products Requirements: Bachelor’s degree majoring Chemical or Pharmacy or Industrial Engineering from reputable University ISO certified for 9000 and 14000 is an advantage Three to five years experiences in FMCG Industry Career path shall reflect field experience in manufacturing (supervisory/ managerial level) Proven leadership and team management skills Preferably has good knowledge of Quality Management (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) Presentation skills All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
