We, a Joint Venture Company, with Office in Cikarang is looking for
candidates that are reliable, dynamic, positive working attitude and
highly motivated. Graduates from reputable university with GPA minimum
3.00 and has the following criteria:
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all incoming materials, products in production process until finished products have been inspected and passed on according to the quality standard.
- To take necessary actions, including corrective and preventive action related with quality control processes, in case of claims/complaints and to achieve company's objective.
- To evaluate and analyze quality system
- Handle and investigate all non-conformities raised by both internal and external source (including customer’s complaint) to find root problem in order to minimize returned goods and justified customer’s complaint.
- Coordinate and prepare countermeasure for customer’s complaint in relation with quality of products.
- Follow the procedures in doing daily QC activities.
Requirements:
- University graduated/ S-1 in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or engineering background or equivalent
- English is a must both oral & written and Mandarin is advantage
- Computer literatures.
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality control field with electronic company
- Fluent in english both oral and written and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Management sense, good personality, fast learner and having analysis ability.
- Understanding ISO 9001:2008
- Improvements in facility Calibration and MSA systems
- Able to operate department specific equipment and instrumentation necessary to fulfill job responsibilities
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang (we have dormitory for employee outside cikarang)
- Willing to work under pressure, hard working and good team working
- Managing QC document.
- Analyzing problems occurred related with quality
- Running other QC activities to achieve the sales target of the departement
- Knowledge in electronic product
