ESAB is a multi national company in providing welding consumables, welding equipment, welding automation and cutting automation.

 

Due to expansion of our factory in Purwakarta, Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong manufacturing background and experience for the following positions : 

Mechanical Engineer
Purwakarta (Jawa Barat) - Cikampek

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimise disruptions to manufacturing processes.
• Implement an established maintenance programme and maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.
• Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with production specifications or instructions.
• Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order.
• Maintain Technical department on repair and maintenance activities.
• To Establish Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Problem Solving Analysis of Production equipment.
• To drive Improvement of Equipment both capacity and reliability.
• To improve the knowledge and skills of the Technicians.
• Maintain and built standard operational procedure (SOP).
• Managing 5S on Engineering Department.
• Managing of an established EHS and QMS system in Engineering Department.

Requirements:

• Male, max 35 years.
• Min,  Polytechnic / Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Having min. 2 years experience in maintenance or engineering fields.
• Excellent in hydraulic , pneumatic and mechanical problem solving.
• Excellent in engineering software AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, CMMS preferably.
• Having strong mechanical practice and relating engineering knowledge
• Dynamic, fast learning, self motivate, good leadership, good interpersonal skill.
• English active both oral or written.
• Willing to be stationed in Cikampek, Purwakarta.
