We have 4 plants at Cikarang, Merak, Jakarta & Gresik with more than 1300 employees, supplying to world-class manufacturers, is expanding our Manufacturing Division to seek professionals for following positions :

Management Trainee
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)

Requirements:

• Male maximum 35-year-old.
• Min. Bachelor/ master degree, from reputable universitiesisa must
• Open to all majors.
• Having the abilityto lead andmotivate others.
• An organizedand able to makeplanningwell.
• Havingskills in the areas of recruiting, training, motivation and development of employees in the team.
• Having ahighlevel of enthusiasmandintegrity.
• Hasthe initiative, high motivation, honest, can work in teams, can work under pressure, able to communicate properly.
• Willing tobe placed in the plant Cikarang
