HR & GA Assistant Manager
Karawang (Jawa Barat)

Requirements:

• Male/Female maximum 40 years
• Minimum S1 in Psychology/Law/Human Resources Management
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in HRD
• Experience in all function of Human Resources (HR Procedure & Processes, Performance appraisal, Compesation and Benefits, Indonesia’s Labor Law and regulations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Coaching and Counseling)
• Have leadership skill, Proven leadership and inter-personal skill
• Analytical, communicative & good personality
• Computer literacy Microsoft Office, Windows Application
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
