URGENTLY NEED.....     As a leading apparel company located in Bogor are inviting highly talented people with experience to fill the position of:   Traning and Development Manager Bogor (Jawa Barat) - Gunung Putri Responsibilities:  Designing and coordinating training to cover both the organization’s current and future needs Analyzing effectiveness of current Training Needs Analysis (TNA) methodology Maintain and improve current training and development programs Evaluate the return of training investment on individual and organization Manage a training and development budget    Produce materials for in-house training and, in some cases, deliver some of the of training programs Ensure employees will have opportunity to learn and growth together with the organization Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or equivalent. Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Gunung Putri. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
