Reliability Engineer
Jawa Barat - NAR

Responsibilities:

• Scope of works:
  • The main function of RCM engineer is monitoring the performance of critical equipment in terms of availability, reliability and cost, and the elimination of recurring failures in a systematic and sustainable way.
  • Your tasks will include: Reliability analysis and structural problem solving:
    • Monitoring plant/equipment reliability and availability
    • Initiation of corrective actions to prevent critical failures
    • Leading reviews of (recurring) process and equipment failures, using structured problem solving techniques
    • Facilitate RCM analysis for critical equipment & Root Cause Analysis
    • Initiate, maintain & updating Failure Mode Effect Analysis documents
    • Facilitation of meetings related to the above
    • Collating and analyzing data from the operation database and various maintenance management systems
    • Monitoring of effectiveness of current Maintenance Strategies, based on reliability expertise and reliability characteristics, modes and risks of failure
    • Organizing and facilitating the review of the preventative maintenance plan, including spares optimization

Requirements:

• Education :
  • S1 in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
• Experience :
  • Minimum requirement is 3-5 years in maintenance with a good understanding of reliability and maintenance engineering in the manufacturing industry and broad knowledge of equipment dominant failures are essential
• Computer literacy :
  • Strong in IT data mining and processing of data and fluent in MS
  • Office tools, and preferably in Computerized
  • Maintenance Management Systems, such as SAP-PM
• Language :
  • Good command in English both oral or written
• Other qualification / skills :
  • Excellent communicator & facilitating skill
  • Good knowledge in cement manufacturing
  • process & equipment.
  • Excellence problem solving skills (RCA & FMEA)
  • Good Knowledge in project management
  • Certified RCM facilitator are preferable
