Rapid Response Developer / Manager
Selangor (Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
Position 1: Rapid Response Developer
 
The role involves:
• Providing high-quality development and technical support for Nintex software products, requiring working knowledge of our code base
• Investigating and identifying customer issues and solving problems
• Providing a conduit between product teams and customers on issues
• Being capable of fixing minor bugs and producing hotfix builds for customers as required
• Engaging in and leading Live Support as necessary to investigate and troubleshoot a customer’s technical problem
• Helping write technical information in formats that can be understood by varied audiences for various purposes
• Recognizing and communicating product issues to the development team
• Assisting the support team in developing technical knowledge and support skills
• Using and expanding our existing Knowledge Base
• Assisting with community/online support.

Essential Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a software development and/or support team
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies
• C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, SQL and Ajax development skills
• Commitment to understanding our customers’ needs
• Creative and methodical problem solving skills
• Fast learner with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Self-motivated and flexible
• An inquisitive mind
• Takes on commitment to and responsibility for resolving customer issues.



Position 2: Rapid Response Manager

The ideal candidates will display:
• Strong SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 configuration/administration skills
• Strong problem solving and written and verbal communication skills
• A strong sense of customer service and empathy towards our customers, plus a strong desire to act fairly and honestly with a wide variety of customers
• Understanding of the bigger picture elements of good customer service
• The ability to delegate tasks and priorities a large number of cases and hotfixes and ensure SLA are adhered to
• Minimum of 5 years C# development experience
• Customer service, support desk or other comparable experience

Highly Desirable:
• Application development,
• Web development and web services
• InfoPath
• Excel Services
• Active Directory
• WWF, JQuery and Silverlight

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Development, SDLC, Sharepoint, .NET, MS SQL Server, C#.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software, IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
