PMO Analyst
(Technology Park Malaysia)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the software quality conformances and software test cycle to ensure that quality is met on all activities from requirement, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation
• Support the S/W Development Lifecycle processes and administration of the SharePoint, Project Server and organization and submission of project dashboard, minutes and meetings
• Support the Project Managers on their project management activities
• Organize and facilitate closure of project report, project measurement and analysis and consolidate lessons learned from each project
• Ensure adherence of documentation standard and processes in accordance to CMMi best practices
• Review, improve and implement new processes and provide training on implemented processes in accordance of CMMi best practices based on project measurement and analysis
• Initiate and drive the certification of CMMi Level 4 and 5 and re-certification of CMMi Level 3
• Project Performance reporting to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in CMMi and AGILE model
• At least 4 years’ working experience in documentation on different project phases, Change Management and Quality Management
• Experience in SQL and Microsoft NET development tools such as C# are an added advantage
• Must be positive, hardworking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication & writing skills will be a major added advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
