ADMIN ASSISTANT

ADMIN ASSISTANT  - PT Inmajin Kreatif Solusi

Responsibilities

To provide general administration support.
To handle payroll and cash recording.
Interact professionally with all levels of staff and business associates.
Prepare correspondences, reports and data gathering, etc. and maintain an effective documents control.
Act as liaision person with HQ in Malaysia.
Undertake special assignments/projects, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of local labor laws, experience and ability to handle payroll and basic cash recording is necessary.
• 2-3 years of similar working experience in a medium sized office.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal relation skills, pleasant personality, a team player and possess a high level of integrity.
• Good organising, coordination and follow up skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to work in Bandung, Indonesia.
