Assistant Manager, SAP Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Real Estate application for the Leasing Business Groups
• Work closely with process owners and users on requirement studies, analysis, design and programming
• Set-up tasks and provide technical advice in implementation of project requirements to achieve the desired results, within the budget and project schedule
• Create and maintain design specification, documentation and perform testing
• Manage risk, migration strategies and ensure resolution of technical issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience with 2 full lifecycle implementation of SAP Real Estate projects
• Independent, resourceful and self-motivated
• Good team player and process driven with an eye for details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
